Why Brussels ?

Attracted by the increased powers of the European Commission, the EU Parliament and other EU institutions, thousands of lobbyists have descended upon the European quarter of the EU capital Brussels. 

Realizing the importance of EU affairs in general and in each step of the accession negotiations, actors from candidate countries are increasingly requiring specialized support from Brussels-based staff, with specific emphasis on EU-level representation and advocacy, on capacity building for the acquis communautaire, on EU funds and projects, and on EU-wide business cooperation, communication and public affairs.
